VSAT network service offered by BSC is a high-speed satellite internet service between our customers and our internet backbone intended for both private and public customers. This service is one of the most stable services with an SLA of 99.9% availability.
Due to its stability, most banks prefer this service to mitigate unavoidable interruptions on different other services. Our VSAT platform makes use of a 7.3m/100W antenna at BSC teleport and uses an iDirect 20 slot Hub. Different modems are required at the customer premises to operate on these different networks. Customer terminal vary in different sizes.
