What is localized Content?
Localized content is the content that is cached or that is available locally from remote servers outside of the country that is pertaining to the required content from the user. The localized content is for example Youtube, Google Global Cache, Facebook, etc. that BSC offers to its customer.
Basically there are servers from Google and Facebook that are being hosted in BSC infrastructure and they get a copy of a content that a user requires from Google or Facebook servers outside of Rwanda and get a copy to the user locally so that the request does not travel outside of Rwanda to get it.
However, there has to be a copy or request of at least one user to be able to fetch the copy for themselves or others.
