In order to effectively accomplish its business objectives, BSC PLC is looking for qualified and competent candidates to fill the position of “Technician”
ABOUT THE ROLE
Position: Technician (4)
Period: 6 months
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide support to field team in data collection for fiber and LAN networks,
• Produce BoQs from data collected onsite,
• Ensure all data is organized and accurate,
• Ensure the site survey data are presentable in the approved format,
• Ensure the daily work scope is performed as per the schedule and findings are reported to the project management team,
• Support the designing team to correlate the network designs with field situation and ensure reflect field reality,
• Ensure network diagrams and other designs are available as per implementation plan,
• Provide daily workload progress,
• Ensure records of all project activities are accurate and documented in accordance to project requirements,
• Provide support to other team members to perform activities and reports for internal and external on agreed frequency and time scales.
IT’S IMPORTANT THAT YOU HAVE:
• Computer skills,
• Written & verbal communication, time management skills,
• Ability to interpret the schematic drawing and other map,
• Ability to collect internal and external data from various sources and in various forms,
• Time management and organizational skills,
• Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks with minimal supervision,
REQUIREMENTS:
• University degree in IT, Telecommunication, Electrical, Surveying field,
• An experience in Fiber and LAN operations will be an added advantage,
• Ability of working as a team player and approved integrity,
• Have graduated not before 2020,
• Ready to start immediately job,

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Project Manager will have the overall responsibility for successful implementation of BSC projects within the approved framework of authority. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Identifying and understand market/customer needs and turn them into business projects that will add value to the beneficiaries upon implementation.
- Identifying project leads on local and regional market and build a projects sales pipeline with the aim of closing each within the planned period.
- Workout on project professional proposals and project concepts.
- Establishing solid working relationship with the project team, client, and key stakeholders.
- The management of communication and ensuring stakeholders are aware of project activities, progress, and exceptions.
- Advising the client on issues that may impact the achievement of their outcomes (including issues of sustainability and post project requirements such as maintenance).
- Liaising with stakeholders such as project personnel, vendors, and end-users regarding project requirements.
- Implementing document control policies and documentation templates.
- Maintaining a good working knowledge of assigned component projects.
- Monitoring project progress and implementing changes where necessary.
- Monitoring expenditures in accordance with the budget.
- Ensuring compliance with objectives, organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
- Compiling project reports and informing management regarding problems.
- Develop Project Management tracking tool for timely reporting.
- Coordination with business partners for proper relationship
- Work with the Product Development team to understand new products that would turn into projects.
- Work with Technical team and consolidate reports on Infrastructure projects.
- Ensure completed projects are certified by the customers and submit accurate information/supporting documents to Billing team for invoicing.
- Achieved assigned targeted revenues for Projects.
- Work on projects cost control to ensure higher margins and profit is achieved at the end of the project.
- Participate in project preparation meetings, project bids preparation and submission.
- Work on overall project documentation for future or audit reference (From project initiation to Project Closure).
- Workout on the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closing stage.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s in Telecommunication, Business administration, Business Information Technology or related field
- Master’s degree in Project Management or possessing project management certifications i.e., PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, etc. would be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in project management in a reputable corporate organization
- Thorough understanding of project management fundamentals.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any issues that occur during project completion.
- Excellent resource planning and task scheduling skills

JOB PURPOSE
The Marketing Manager will support the company brand awareness by implementing creative advertising and promotions, building a strong brand, and exercise his/her best capacity for transferring BSC Ltd service to customers through on/offline marketing activities. In order to build up not only an innovative and dynamic image for the company but also an awareness of service that are differentiated from competitors, various promotional and marketing strategies should be set up and implemented. The objective for this role is to;
- Build and maintain our brand awareness and image.
- Change customer belief and perception for the better.
- Increase customer satisfaction level for market differentiation.
- Increase market share and sales per product and general sales performance.
- Reinforce purchase decisions.
- Increase category demand and purchase actions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The marketing manager will mainly undertake market research, understand the trends and customer preferences, create marketing strategy and budgets, oversee the creation of marketing materials and content, and perform all other relevant tasks essential for increasing the company’s business’s sales. Your role will start from planning and executing marketing campaigns to analysing the ROI and tracking the budget. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop overall marketing strategy to achieve company’s marketing objectives
- Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan
- Strategy Development and planning of campaigns that can promote the business and generate genuine traffic (both offline and online)
- Implementation of the marketing campaigns right from ideation to final analysis and refinement
- Creating engaging and informative content for the website, blog, social media, and any other content marketing channels that the business might leverage.
- Building sustainable relationships and partnerships with other key players such as vendors, advertising agencies, and creative artists as per the need
- Conducting Quarterly market intelligence to evaluate and optimize our pricing strategies for competitivity.
- Increasing company’s brand awareness and market share
- Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and product development units/departments
- Developing and managing the marketing unit’s budget
- Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events
- Organizing customer networking events with the aim of new business development, customer retention and satisfaction
- Making sure our content is up-to-date and relevant on all our social media platforms and website.
- Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones
- Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on lead flow, Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and retention.
- Coordinate and collaborate with media organizations and advertising agencies.
- Updating and managing all our promotional materials production and content
- Make CI (Corporate Identity) awareness strategy and marketing communication mix plan/execution.
- Manage and oversee BSC marketing & sales activities
- Coordinate Integrated production of promotional materials.
- Workout on planned activities aligned to the strategy and report the progress.
- Conduct research to guide Company’s management on market gaps to guide new products development
- Work on Distribution strategies with the aim of increasing sales and strategic presence for brand visibility

REQUIREMENTS:

- At least 5 years of work experience with a good track record of developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the corporate company’s brand on local and regional market.
- Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results.
- Exposure to digital and direct response marketing.
- Competence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails and landing pages, concepts, media content.
- Proven 3 years’ experience in coordinating exhibitions or/ other events.
- Ability to forecast, develop marketing budget and manage it appropriately.
- Ability to develop and align marketing strategy with the company’s business strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills mainly in English. Additional Languages is an added value.
- Ability to understand market dynamics and advise the company on proper competitive strategies.
